GMAC GRS’ dedicated Global Alliance Management (GAM) team is focused on supplier selection, supplier training and supplier performance. Our GAM team handles the screening, selection, monitoring, and managing of our supplier network.
We recognize our suppliers as partners essential to achieving successful assignments and we treat them accordingly. We do not hire local providers on a one-time basis; our suppliers are an essential part of our company and our culture and we have extended our Premier Service philosophy to encompass them. With an ongoing partnership, we can assure our clients of a consistently high standard of service performance.
GMAC GRS works with a narrow list of qualified preferred contractors, and aims to be one of the top three volume providers for each of our suppliers. We believe that this approach enables GMAC GRS to receive preferential treatment and pricing that ultimately benefits our clients and their transferring employees.
We identify suppliers in specialty areas that run the gamut from destination services, to cross-cultural, to temporary living and through to home disposition and purchase. Through our extensive network we are able to match each client with the most appropriate suppliers.

Each supplier partner is selected according to specific criteria for that particular vendor category.
