GMAC GRS has an extensive background in conducting global relocation
and assignment policy benchmark studies. At a macro level, we have
performed regional and global policy benchmarking studies for the financial,
aerospace, chemical, oil, high-tech, consumer products and pharmaceutical
industries.
GMAC GRS' approach to benchmarking is to create an analysis of
the policy survey research and to provide detailed information regarding
individual policy benefits. This allows our clients to compare the
competitiveness of their own policy benefits to those offered by other
companies, as well as to examine unique policy characteristics of other
companies that may have beneficial application to their own programs.
Analysis of a client's volume, current process, feedback from transferring
employees and policy benchmark studies, along with data from the Employee
Relocation Council (ERC) and other industry resources, are utilized to provide
contemporary policy recommendations.
