In Latest Annual Client Satisfaction Survey, Company Receives 100 Percent Overall Satisfaction Rating and Equally High Ratings in 13 of 17 Other Major Categories for 'Premier Service'
Oak Brook, Ill. (April 5, 2006) - In results that underscore the positive customer response to its unique domestic and international Premier ServiceŽ program, GMAC Global Relocation Services today announced that its clients awarded the company perfect scores in overall customer satisfaction as well as in 13 of the other 17 major categories in its annual Client Satisfaction Survey for 2005.
This survey represents responses from more than 75 percent of the company's worldwide client base, the highest response rate in the company's history.
At the same time, the company reported that it retained 100 percent of its clients last year - the only company of the top five relocation companies worldwide to do so.

The company's overall rating from clients increased from 94 percent approval in 2004 to 100 percent in every major category last year. For example:
