The 2006 Client Satisfaction Survey Report summarizes the responses gathered in the questionnaires that were distributed to our clients in November 2006 and it reflects some extremely positive results. In particular, GMAC Global Relocation Services (GMAC GRS) has, once again, attained an overall client-service rating of 100%. In addition, a 100% Premier Service® rating has been awarded to GMAC GRS on nearly all measures of performance for the second year in a row. It is also gratifying to mention that the responses we received represent an impressive 70% of our total relocation activity. GMAC GRS continues to experience year-on-year improvements in handling transferees/assignees with quality services to guide them through the process of corporate relocation.
